I've eaten an avocado for lunch (just an avocado, sometimes a tomato too) every day this week. I think its making my skin look "glowy". Is there actual scientific-like evidence out there to support this?
You should also know, the title of your blog sent a brief (and, obviously, uncalled for) jolt through me. "SKiN" was my unfortunate nickname in several circles. Upon returning from Quebec, in fact, my family welcomed me with a sign: Welcome Home Elder Skin. It has more to do with my initials than my avocado induced glow.

Just a plain, unaccompanied avocado? No seasoning, no nothing?
Your dedication to your glow is admirable.
(Credit the avocado if you wish, but I happen to know that you glow from the inside out.)
Why not combine the Tomatoe and the Avocado?

It's the omega 3s that keep your coat so shiny. I'm making this up, of course...And whole heartedly believe it.
