I've eaten an avocado for lunch (just an avocado, sometimes a tomato too) every day this week. I think its making my skin look "glowy". Is there actual scientific-like evidence out there to support this?
Today my 8th grade U.S. History students and I re-wrote the Declaration of Independence as a big breakup letter to England. I know it seems like turning one of our Great Nation's most sacred of documents into a joke, but it was really fun. I think they got something out of it as well.
